Additional charges for deworming, ear mite treatment, any other medications needed, additional laboratory tests and any additional surgery such as declaw. No refund if spay or neuter is declined. If spay or neuter is not performed by six months of age, an additional charge of $20 will be assessed at the time of surgery, or if a female is pregnant, an additional charge of $30 will be assessed at the time of surgery. Castration is for descended testicles. Castration for retained testicles will be assessed additional charges depending on complexity of surgery required for castration. A quote will be given before surgery is performed.
